Israel Launches Major Offensive in Gaza City

The Israeli army attacked Gaza City on Friday, declaring it an active combat zone.
International organisations and aid groups condemned the assault immediately.
Health officials reported 63,025 Palestinians dead, including 59 in the past 24 hours.
Churches and aid groups pledged to stay in the city to support displaced residents.
Israel said Hamas leaders and operational tunnels remain active in Gaza City.
Explosions and smoke spread across southern Israel as the fighting intensified.
Prime Minister Netanyahu said Israel must destroy Hamas to prevent another October 7 attack.

Gaza Civilians Endure Violence and Displacement

Gaza City residents said international condemnation failed to stop Israeli attacks.
Mohamed Aboul Hadi said massacres continued, even during humanitarian pauses.
Displaced families erected temporary tents near Nuseirat refugee camp on Friday.
Mohammed Maarouf compared their suffering to abandoned animals while standing with his nine family members.
He added dogs receive more care than families forced into shelters without protection.

    Palestinian Death Toll Continues Rising

The Gaza Health Ministry confirmed over 63,000 Palestinians have died since the war began.
The ministry said 322 people, including 121 children, died from malnutrition during the conflict.
UN experts consider the ministry’s data credible despite its Hamas affiliation.
Israel rejected the figures and did not provide alternative casualty numbers.
Last month, Israel allowed “tactical pauses” from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. to permit aid.
Aid groups said deliveries still faced blockades, looting, and strict restrictions.
Israel called up tens of thousands of reservists on Friday to escalate operations.
Army spokesperson Avichay Adraee vowed to continue attacks until Hamas collapsed and hostages returned.
He urged civilians in Gaza City to evacuate south immediately, calling it unavoidable.
